Deborah Grover is a Canadian stage and screen actress, best known for playing Prosecutor Elaine Jeffers on the television series "Night Heat". She studied Theatre at Ryerson University, Toronto, Ontario, and the Banff School of Fine Arts, Alberta, Canada.
